Coronavirus: What You Need to Know

Updated: Apr 20, 2020

There's no doubt that you've heard about the rapid spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Here at Absolute Integrity, we take emerging risks seriously and wanted to provide resources to help businesses and individuals navigate thru this tough time.

Absolute Integrity Telephone/Email/Text Services are Unimpacted: Late December 2019, we had already made the decision to operate our business from remote home offices (this was before Coronavirus was prevalent in the United States). As a Company, coincidentally, we were already prepared for continuing our operations without many interruptions due to the spread of the virus. Our equipment and systems needed to run our business were already relocated and set up for operations away from a physical public office, so we don't expect any delays or concerns in the foreseeable future as a result of the virus.

In order to protect our staff and our clients, we are NOT accepting cash payments nor conducting in-person meetings until at least July 1st, 2020. If you are a business that is wanting a face-to-face meeting, we would be happy to conduct a virtual meeting for you. As the majority of our business is able to be done via phone/email/text, we do not expect this limitation to have a significant impact on our business operations.

With that said, if you do usually pay with cash, please consider an electronic method of payment or mail a money order to the insurance provider listed on your billing statement or to Absolute Integrity, PO Box 1421, Greenwood, IN 46142 (be sure your name and account or policy number appear on your money order or are included in your mailing).

Here, we want to provide a handful of valuable resources to help you navigate thru this time.
